With lovely gardens, matured plants, palm trees, pool and terraces. You enter from the side into a hall with the double bedroom to your right. The room has, a king-size bed, wardrobe, glass mirror and 2 full length free standing drawer units, one with mirror on

top, bedside table, under cover balcony, with 2 chairs and small table, hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fan. The balcony over looks the garden and pool with superb views across the valley to the mountains. A small lounge area takes you across to the bathroom, which contains; a corner bath, power shower, WC, hand basin, electric shower point and free standing towel stand extractor fan. The small lounge leads you down to the main lounge, the length of which has glass sliding doors, every door in the apartment faces South. There is a

feature room wall and fire place with remote control fire over the mantel. There is a 46” satellite sky TV with surround sound and DVD player. The lounge has; a 3 piece suit, large pine coffee table, 2 small side tables with soft lamps, side cupboard, desk and chair for writing those post cards, hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fan. Double doors lead to dining room with a large teak table with 4 teak chairs. This is open

plan to kitchen with; cupboard units, floor and wall extractor, gas hood oven hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, 2 pullout vegetable basket containers, granite work tops, 1½ bowl sink, wine storage unit, hand mixes, coffee machine, juicer, lights under top units and ceiling, crockery, cooking utensils and utility cupboard. This area is also one way to the pool and it’s surrounding garden, with a terrace also leading

down to 1 of 4 sun terraces. From the same top dinning room terrace, you go past the lounge glass doors to step down to pool area. The garden has many matured plants and numerous trees, palms statues and a beautiful arch that takes you to 1st sun terrace. The pool area is very protected and private.

The Pool The pool is covered and also chemical free. Approx. 8x4 the whole pool terrace faces the most fabulous scenery across the valley to mountains. Hammock, loungers, umbrellas, wrought iron table and 4 chairs are found in theis lovely outside area. There is also a poolside bathroom with WC, hand basin and shower. This is a lovely apartment, plenty of space, for a couple that wish to be somewhere special.
